Our certified energy management system supports us in this. Within our direct sphere of influence, we have already reduced our carbon footprint by more than 90% compared to 2018. This puts us in a leading position in environmental and climate protection.

With our materials and process technology, we transform steel into precision forged parts on state-of-the-art production systems. We see ourselves not only as a component supplier, but also support you from consultation and development through to assembly. We research, develop and invest to always offer our customers the highest—and at the same time most climate-friendly—state of the art in forging and machining technology.

Product-Related Process Development

Our technical and development experts provide individual consultation for the design and development of your products.

Forging and heat treatment

We manufacture forged parts weighing 0.5–15 kg on manual and fully automated press lines—precise, flash-free, near-net-shape, and resource-efficient.

Final finishing & assembly

Quality control and packaging to customer specifications. Our assembly lines are individually designed for the parts to be assembled.

Mechanical Machining

Through the raw part design previously optimized for mechanical machining, we can design products and processes in an optimized and resource-efficient manner.
