Machining

We offer a wide range of machining processes: turning, milling, drilling, deburring. Crack detection, surface inspection via digital image processing, and cleaning are integrated into the processes. Over 50% of the forged parts we manufacture also receive some type of machining before leaving our premises. For this purpose, we have a plant with 30 state-of-the-art processing machines at our disposal ranging from various lathes to fully automated assembly systems. You get everything from a single source – and we provide individualized solutions for your projects.

On manual and fully automatic press lines, we create forged parts weighing between 0.5 and15 kg that are precise and free of burrs, close to the final shape, and resource-friendly.
