Forging and heat treatment

We manufacture forged parts weighing 0.5–15 kg on manual and fully automated press lines—precise, flash-free, near-net-shape, and resource-efficient.

Final finishing & assembly

Quality control and packaging to customer specifications. Our assembly lines are individually designed for the parts to be assembled.

Mechanical Machining

Through the raw part design previously optimized for mechanical machining, we can design products and processes in an optimized and resource-efficient manner.

Richard Neumayer GmbH supports companies as early as the development phase – from the initial component idea, through material and manufacturing consultation, to prototypes, test parts, pre-series, and later series projects.
