Forging and heat treatment

We manufacture forged parts weighing 0.5–15 kg on manual and fully automated press lines. We currently have the following systems available for this purpose:
MP2000, MP3150, AMP2000, AMP1600, AMP3150

Even complex forged parts can be formed precisely, flash-free and near-net-shape. This conserves resources, as downstream machining can be eliminated in full or in part and less material is used.

By optimizing controlled cooling from forging heat, many products do not require reheating for heat treatment. This process offers significant CO2 savings potential. We would be happy to advise you on material selection and heat-treatment processes.

With manual press lines, we are also able to offer small batches of up to a few hundred pieces. We would be happy to advise you on material selection to conserve resources.
