Pistons, brake levers, wheel hubs, transmission parts …. Strict compliance
with quality requirements is essential in the automobile industry. After all,
quality is a key safety factor. This also applies to machinery and tunnelling
equipment, where our parts are exposed to severe conditions. Consequently,
we always produce parts of the highest possible quality and embrace the challenge
of continuous improvement.
The sparing use of natural resources and the minimisation of pollutant and
noise emissions are key tenets of our corporate philosophy for two main reasons.
Firstly, we are committed to shouldering our social responsibility. Secondly,
environmental protection also makes sound economic sense.
Ensuring
quality
We carry out comprehensive tests and inspections in our laboratories to ensure
that our products meet the specified quality requirements. Our CAQ and coordinate
measurement systems directly access our CAD data. Electromagnetic crack detection
and ultrasonic equipment are used for inspecting surfaces and materials.

Protecting
the environment
We are
particularly concerned to protect the environment in the interests
of future generations. The sparing use of resources and the conservation
of our natural surroundings in the Black Forest are among the top priorities
for Neumayer. Key environmental protection principles in our day-to-day work
are:
- Sparing use of water and energy
- Avoidance of hazardous substances in the production process
- Waste avoidance and recycling of production residues
Our environmental management system developed on the basis of these principles
is certified to
EN ISO 14001:2004.
